“Sudah sampai akhirnya…” ujar Diana ketika sampai di America. “Ngapain nih ya ? Kerja apa ? Cari flat papa dulu deh..” Orang kaya yang tersasar di sebuah kota bernama Denver, Colorado. “Bokap ngapain ngirim gue ke America ? Ngasih duit buat dua bulan doang, tapi untung sih dia punya flat buat gue, gue emang manja di Jakarta, tapi gak gini juga kali caranya.” Ujar Diana lagi sambil melihat jamnya yang menunjukkan pukul 12 siang waktu setempat. “Settt, dingin banget Colorado, wait a minute, gue di Denver kan ya ? Aaaaaaaa…” teriak Diana sesaat sampai dilihati oleh bule – bule yang lalu lalang di Bandara kota Denver. “Lupa, Denver itu kan kotanya OneRepublic, mimpi apa gue ? Aduh berarti bokap udah tahu ya gue suka OneRepublic, hahahaha, I’ve got an idea..” Jalanlah Diana menuju taksi yang berhenti di sepanjang bandara Denver, Colorado.

“Guys, I think we need a help from office boy or office girl, or we can use them for helping us to do some jobs.” Ujar Ryan Tedder kepada teman satu rekannya di OneRepublic. “Yeah, you’re right Ryan.” sambung Drew. “Yeah, yeah, I agree with Ryan, too.” Brent menyetujui.

“Udah sebulan disini, belum dapet kerja juga, di depan gue terpampang tulisan yang ngebutuhin orang bisa main gitar, exactly me, gue ambil deh kerjaan nih, kali aja menguntungkan, sebulan lagi duit bulanan di putus sama bokap, baru deh, kalo setahun berhasil tinggal di America, dia baru mau ngebayarin gue sekolah di Denver, tapi kenapa harus setahun dulu juga.” Ujar Diana kesal. Diana pun masuk ke dalam sebuah rumah, bertemu dengan seorang yang mengaku sebuah manager band. “Okay, so your name is Diana Febriyanti, you’re from Jakarta, Indonesia, is this your first time coming to Denver ?” tanya sang manager. “yap, you’re right, Sir.” Ujar Diana lagi. Lalu manager tersebut pun melanjutkan wawancara mereka. “Okay, Diana, I’ll call you tomorrow.” Ujar Manager tersebut tiba – tiba. “Okay, thank you Mister, sorry, what should I call you ?” tanya Diana. “Call me Mark.” “Okay, Mister Mark, thanks for your help. Diana keluar dari rumah studio tersebut, lalu bergegas berjalan menuju flatnya yang tidak jauh dari rumahnya itu.

“Hey, Tedder, I got a nice girl who can be our office girl, but maybe more than that.” Ujar Mark. “Really Mark ? That’s good, I think you should call her, is she good ?” “Yeah I think. She’s good. I looked at her CV, her English, her music is good and I’m surprise that she can play guitar.” Ujar Mark menjelaskan. “Wow, amazing guys, look we found amazing girl, hahaha..” “Yeah. Ryan..”

“Semoga diterima, semoga diterima, gue emang pengen banget kerja di bidang musik.” Ujar Diana sambil mengangkat tangannya. “This is gotta be good life, This is gotta be a good life, say oh..” Diana mengangkat teleponnya. “Yes, Diana’s speaking..” ujar Diana. “Yeah, Diana, this is Mark, I’ll give a good news for you, I can accept you to work at my place, please come tomorrow at nine a.m. I really need your help.” Jelas Mr. Mark. “Really Mister ?” “Yes, welcome to our crew.” “Thank you so much, Mister..” “You’re welcome, I’ll tell you tomorrow about your job and band that you will help.” Ujar Mr. Mark lagi. Diana senang sekali, akhirnya perjuangan dia berbuah juga. Diana meloncat kesana kemari lalu mematikan sambungan handphonenya.

“Oh my God. Can’t believe it my crew is OneRepublic band.” Teriak Diana dalam hati. “Hi, Diana…” Ujar seluruh crew dalam band. “Hi, I’ve known you already, I’m so happy to work with you.” “Nice to meet you Diana.” Ujar Ryan. “Nice to meet you too Ryan.” Ujar Diana membalas. “Are you our fans, Diana ?” tanya Zach tiba – tiba. “Of course I am.” Ujar Diana sambil teriak sedikit. Brent hanya terdiam melihat tingkah Diana, tak banyak bicara hanya tersenyum melihat wajah Diana yang begitu manis baginya.

“Well, I love her eyes, God, I can’t deny that I will have a special feeling with her.” Ujar Brent. “Brent diem aja sih, gue kan ngefans sama bassist yang satu ini, ahh, ternyata orangnya diem gak kayak Ryan.” Ujar Diana dalam hati sambil bersalaman dengan seluruh member OneRepublic.

In a night with Ryan.

“Excuse, hey Diana, what are you doing ? You save your guitar in this kitchen ?” ujar Ryan tiba – tiba saat membuka pintu dapur studio mereka. “Yeah, Ryan, oh God, you make me shock, yeah this is my guitar, I always bring it, but sometimes I bring it to my home.” “Honestly, I knew that you can play guitar from Mark, but why don’t you try to play with us.” “So shame. I can’t play well, I just play some songs Ryan. I’m not a master.” “It’s okay, maybe you can help me to make a song.” Ujar Ryan menenangkan. “Yeah that would be great Ryan. But why don’t you go home, it’s almost eleven p.m.” tanya Diana. “I know that Diana, but I have to finish “Native” album. “Ryan kerja keras banget buat Native.” Sambil dia berbicara, Brent datang memanggil. “Hi Diana..” “Hah, Brent, don’t make me shock, please..!” ujar Diana sambil menghela nafas. “Sorry, sorry, please, forgive me..” “Yeah, it’s okay, what’s wrong ?” “Ahh yeah, I just wanna ask you to join with me for a dinner..” “Dinner ?” “Yeahh, is it okay for you ?” “When ?” “This weekend, but just you and me.” “Okay, it’s okay, I don’t have schedule for this weekend.” “Alright, Diana, just go back to your job..” “Okay Brent thanks..” “You’re welcome bye..” “Bye..”

“Brent yang aneh, kemaren pas kenalan diem, sekarang ngajak makan, mandi dulu deh, baru siap – siap, dua jam lagi berangkat.” Ujar Diana. Setelah selesai mandi dia siap – siap lalu berangkat. Brent telah menunggunya di restaurant di dekat pusat kota Denver. Duduk sambil mengetuk ngetuk meja, menunggu kedatangan Diana. “Hi, Brent.” Brent kaget lalu menengok ke arah Diana. “Hi.” “Is it okay for me to sit down here ?” tanya Diana lembut. “Sure.. go ahead..” “Sorry for making you wait for long time..” “It’s okay Diana.. Mereka pun berbincang bincang banyak tentang OneRepublic dan kehidupan mereka berdua. “But I have to take the college this summer. It’s been a years after working with OneRepublic. How about your college ?” “I’m fine thanks, hey, I’m still working with you until this weekend, I’m fine with my first college, it’s good.” “We’re gonna miss playing music with you.” “Yeah, me too Brent, every moments we made, I’ll never forget that.” “Yeah me too, Diana, why don’t we go to that park.” “Sure, come on, just bring your coffee, Brent..” ujar Diana lalu berjalan berdua bersama Brent.

It’s okay..” “Brent, I’m sorry, I’ve to go, my daddy will call me this night, it’s morning in Indonesia..” “Sure, it’s okay, be careful on your way.” “Okay, thanks. You too..” “Diana. “Make sure that I could come to this place again and again..” ujar Diana sambil memeluk satu persatu teman – temannya dan member OneRepublic. “Success for your tour and your album “Native” guys..” Ujar Diana lagi. “Thank you very very much for your help, Diana, we’ll never forget you, it’s okay, you can come everytime..” ujar Ryan dan Mark. “Thank you Ryan, you’re such an amazing singer, producer, and songwriter.” “Thank you Eddie, Zach, Drew, and Brent, we can still laugh from email, hehehe..” “No, it’s not good to make a joke Diana..” Ujar Eddie agak kecewa. Diana pun berfoto bersama sebelum berpisah untuk kuliah di jurusan Manajemen SDM. “Bye..” “Bye, be careful Diana.” Ujar mereka berbarengan, melambaikan tangan ke Diana.

“Diana, I miss you so much, it’s hard to believe that I couldn’t say “I love you” to you. Honestly, I love you so much.” Ujar Brent sambil tiduran.

“Brent, you give me a sign that you like me from your heart, but you never tell me about that, can we still meet ? You have full schedule for your tour.”

4 years later..

“Gue harus balik ke Indonesia, sementara gue belum bisa pamitan sama OneRepublic, gak percaya waktu berjalan begitu cepat.” Berangkatlah Diana menuju Indonesia, sambil memegang foto OneRepublic yang terakhir kali di ambil dua bulan yang lalu. Teman – teman OneRepublic tak bisa mengantarnya karena mereka harus pergi tour. “Ini foto terakhir, Brent keliatan sedih banget. Kenapa ? emang iya dia suka sama gue ? Masa sih ? Gue sih ngerasa gitu, ahh tapi jangan kepedean lah, dasar kau Diana.”

“Hi, Dad, I miss you so much…” ujar Diana sambil teriak dan memeluk Ayahnya. “Makasih ya Pah udah taro aku di Denver, aku mau cerita semuanya di rumah, coba ada mama ya pa, pasti seru.” Ujar Diana. “Iya sayang, papa tahu kok, kayaknya juga papa tahu cerita bahagia apa yang bakal kamu ceritain.” “Yeah maybe, Denver is amazing Dad.” Ujar Diana lagi.

“Yeah, Aku kerja sama OneRepublic, sampai terakhir kali kita ketemu dua bulan lalu, sedih sih pa, tapi ya harus pisah.” Ujar Diana sambil menunduk. “Aku kangen Brent.” “Hahhaa, pasti kangen kamu kangen special ya ?” “Iya pa, dia keliatan sedih banget waktu tau aku mau pulang, dia beda banget sama aku..” “Yaudah, kapan – kapan kamu bisa nyusul kesana kan ?” “Iya sih, tapi kan aku juga harus ngurusin kantor papa yang baru itu kan..” “It’s okay honey. Papa akan ngasih kamu libur, tapi kamu harus janji harus kerja yang bener dulu, anak papa gak akan papa anak emaskan loh, oh iya, papa seneng, kamu berubah jadi lebih dewasa ya.” “Iya pa ? Alhamdulillah kalo gitu deh..” Senyum Diana pada papanya.

A year later.

“What ? OneRepublic will come to Indonesia. Kenapa pada gak ngasih tahu gue sih ?” Ujar Diana teriak ketika melihat situs twitter milik OneRepublic. “Surely, I must send email to Ryan and his friends from OneRepublic.”

“Can’t wait to see you in Indonesia, hope you will sing my fav song. J” Send to : Ryan, Brent, Drew, Eddie, Zach.

“Wohooooo… You’re amazing guys..” ujar Diana sambil teriak waktu OneRepublic mengucap salam perpisahan.

Tring.. Bunyi Handphone Diana tanda ada Email dari seseorang. “We’re staying at Four Season Hotel, just come, we’re very welcome.” Ujar email yang berasal dari email Eddie.

Bukkk… “Aww, please be careful, Sir.” Tubuh tinggi tegap dan cara berjalan yang tak asing bagi Diana. “You, Diana, Hi, I miss you so much.” Diana kaget ketika tiba – tiba ia dipeluk oleh seorang itu. Seorang itu adalah Brent. Seseorang yang tidak sanggup mengucapkan “I Love You” kepada Diana. Diana terdiam tak membalas pelukan Brent. Brent pun melepaskan. “What are you doing here ?” “I wanna meet you, I mean I wanna meet OneRepublic, Eddie’s email told me that you’re staying here.” “Really ? Come on, we’re going to have dinner, you should join us.” Ujar Brent senang. “Sure, where are they ?” “In the backyard of hotel.” Diana dan Brent berjalan bersama, tak sadar tangan Diana di pegang oleh Brent, Diana mengikutinya sambil melihat Brent tak melepaskan pegangannya itu. “Here they are.”

“Diana.. I miss you so much, glad that we can come to your country..” ujar Ryan sambil memeluk Diana. “Thank you Ryan, me too, thanks for coming. Thanks for this dinner too.” Sambil mengunyah makanan mereka masing – masing mereka banyak berbincang, setelah satu jam berbincang mereka pun pergi ke kamar masing – masing tinggalah Brent dan Diana berdua.

“Why don’t you go to bed ?” “I’m not sleepy, Diana. I just wanna stay with you..” “But..” “Ssttt, it’s okay.” Ujar Brent menghentikan ucapan Diana. “Okay, okay..”

“Have you ever thought that someone who leave you for long time will have a special feeling in the end. ?” “what do you mean Brent ?” “I mean, without big touch, we know each other just a little bit, we can have a love feeling with someone, a love at first sight maybe, something like that.” Ujar Brent menjelaskan. “Okay, I’ve ever felt that.” “That’s cool Diana, cause I have that feeling now.” “Really ?
